• Jan 1st, 2008 - County assesses all properties for your 2008 tax bill
• March/April, 2008 - County mails you your 2008 property assessment
• July 2nd, 2008 - Start of the filing period for assessment appeals
• Nov. 30th, 2008 - Deadline for assessment appeals
